We offer a 10 day return policy for our customers.
For any reason, you can return your item in new condition up to 10 days for a refund of the purchase price minus a 15 percent
restocking fee and you must pay for return shipping. In the instance you need a size exchange, it is your responsibility to pay the
shipping to and from our store. Size exchanges are charged a 7 percent restocking fee.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 72 HRS. OF DROP-OFF.
Some items come with an extended or lifetime warranty. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship
with this extended or lifetime warranty.
Must pay for the shipping both ways.
Damaged Items
In the rare event you get a damaged item, it is your responsibility to notify us and return it within 10 days.
All damaged goods will be reshipped from your destination and back at my expense.
All exchanges for damaged items can only be exchanged for the same item in the same size.
If an item is misused or damaged by the purchaser there will be no exchange and it will be your responsibility to have the item
shipped back to you at your expense.
Money Order & Cashiers Check Payments
Do NOT email us and ask us for a total or payment info. It is ALL in the checkout.
If you pay with a Money Order or Cashiers Check, you have to PLEASE allow 3-7 days for your payment to ARRIVE and for me to get it.
Once we have it, then we will also, as with Paypal, ship it out within 7 days, but usually 2-3 business days.
So PLEASE allow 7 to 14 days for shipping AFTER we receive payment.
Which means that shipping time can now be 10-21 days.
So, if you want it faster, then mail it priority, or use Paypal.
Personal Check Payments
Do NOT send us a personal check. We will discard it.
We only accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, and Paypal payments.
You can use a Paypal eCheck, but we do not ship until the funds clear.
Shipping Policy
Normally, your order will leave our warehouse within 48 hours (second business day) of placing the order.
Between November 15 and December 31, please allow us up to 72 hours (third business day).
Transit times can range from 2-6 business days depending on your location from our warehouse.
Shipping Methods:
For orders weighing less than 150 lbs, we use UPS ground or USPS. Remember UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box -- you must have a physical address.
We are unable to ship outside the U.S. at this time.
When you need something quick and don't mind paying extra we recommend UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or 3-day Select.
Damaged Merchandise From Freight Carrier:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed within 10 days. If any cartons are missing or damaged
be sure to note this and notify us. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the
packing and notify us. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship and damage caused by the freight carrier.
Defects in workmanship and damage caused by the freight carrier are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty.
